Thank you for your encouragement! I'm glad you're enjoying my blog. Thank you for your prayers for Ruth and Roger. Things are improving now that The Friends Place is doing things with and for their folks on Zoom, from concerts to Bingo. Plus, we get to see and talk with Ruth during our weekly prayer shawl Zoom meeting. And thanks to the wonder of Zoom, I have also been able to knit with the Hands of Comfort Prayer Shawl Ministry, the group I knitted with when we were stationed in Georgia. What a treat!

Most of the prayer shawls I've made are from leftovers. Usually they are the ones that turn out best.

In reply to <a href="https://sharonjmondragon.com/a-heavenly-hug/#comment-190">Sister Dorothy Jean Beyer</a>.

Dear Sister Dorothy Jean,
I'm so glad my blog got you thinking about how to stay connected with your own prayer shawl buddies! I was intimidated about trying Zoom at first, but it has proved to be easier to use than I expected. It has been a lifeline to see and talk with my knitting buddies, to both see and hear how they're doing. Keep me posted on how it goes for your group!
